Tikondane Positive Living Support Organisation
Tikondane Positive Living Support Organisation (TIPOLISO)TIPOLISO is a women led Organisation and also focused on child and youths activities that enable them to proceed with their education established in March 2004 , registered with Government of Malawi under the trustees Incorporation RULES register general with the ultimate mandate of addressing issues affecting people living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA), widows, special needs children, youth and the elderly in areas of Advocacy, Education , Gender and Human Rights, Girls and women Economic empowerment, Agriculture and food security, and vocational skills.
- Provide capacity building to learners girls and women
- Reducing stigma and discrimination
- Encourage people for HIV counselling, testing and promote drug adherence
- Promote education for vulnerable and special needs children
- Promote food security by using modern agriculture technology
- Promoting Girls and Women economic empowerment
- Promoting healthy and human rights
- Promoting youth and economic empowerment
TIPOLISO is legally registered with the following:
- Government of Malawi on 8th August 2011 under the Trustees of Incorporation Act 5:03
- Council for NGOs in Malawi (CONGOMA)
- It is also affiliated to Malawi Network of AIDS Service Organisations (MANASO), Malawi Network of People Living with HIV / AIDS MANET PLUS, ZOMBA CSO network and Namwera AIDS Coordinating committee and other networks
- Malawi Revenue Authority in 2020
