Organisation Structure

The organisation has a Board of trustees which is a legal custodian of the organisation and its mandate is to provide direction and guidance, and maintain public stand over the organisation.

 Other responsibilities include:

• Advocate for Organisation goal and mission
• Provide foresight, oversight, and insight of the organisation projects.
• Legal holder of the organisation.
• Ensure the effective utilisation of the organisation’s resources, assets including staff.
• Advocate for Organisation resources. etc.

Secretariat:

• Headed by the Executive Director and works in collaboration with staff members.
• Active management team in place.
