The organisation has a Board of trustees which is a legal custodian of the organisation and its mandate is to provide direction and guidance, and maintain public stand over the organisation.
Other responsibilities include:
Advocate for Organisation goal and mission
Provide foresight, oversight, and insight of the organisation projects.
Legal holder of the organisation.
Ensure the effective utilisation of the organisation’s resources, assets including staff.
Advocate for Organisation resources. etc.
Secretariat:
Headed by the Executive Director and works in collaboration with staff members.
